Jacksonville Annual Veterans Parade
The City of Jacksonville invites all residents to pay tribute to those who have served in the nation’s military at the annual Veterans Day Parade.

“The Veterans Day Parade is a small token of our city’s sincere respect and appreciation for our veterans as well as our active duty military community,” said Mayor John Peyton. “We look forward to this annual opportunity to salute our nation’s heroes.”
WHEN: 11:01 a.m.

WHERE: The parade route begins at the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts and will follow Water Street to Newnan Street, where it will turn on Bay Street and end at EverBank Field.
WHAT: This year’s parade will feature senior military officials, active-duty and retired military units, veterans groups, local high school marching bands, military organizations, decorative floats, giant balloons, JROTC units and more.
This year’s parade grand marshals include Lt. General Edwin Tenoso, USAF, Ret.; Lt. Col. Richard Willich, USMC, Ret.; 1st Lt. Patricio Ganio, U.S. Army, Ret.; Cpl. Robert B. Veech, U.S. Army, Ret.; Lt. Cmdr. Paul J. Forsyth, USN, Ret.; and Olive Davis, 2nd Lieutenant Army Nurse Corps, Ret.
