Saturday night was a chilly one for the seventh annual Festival D'Vine, a Catholic Charities fundraiser, but Ovena Daniels came prepared.

"We're bundled up; we feel great," Daniels said. "I thought I was going to be overdressed but I'm feeling good, feeling comfortable. Hands are a little chilly, I didn't bring my gloves because I knew we'd be eating, but otherwise I'm weathering very well!"

The event is expected to bring in about $75,000 for the organization's emergency assistance program.

"Every single penny of it says here locally," explained Laura Hickey, Catholic Charities executive director.

Hickey says despite the weather, the turnout is good.
