MS Awareness Week and Walk MS Coming this Spring

 

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society, North Florida Chapter announced in November open registration for Walk MS 2012, the rallying point of the MS movement. Walk MS takes place every Spring in several locations in the North Florida area. This year, MS Awareness Week will enhance MS awareness during Walk MS season.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The live oak trees along LaSalle Street near the San Marco library -- all but one, anyway -- are gone.

City Council member Lori Boyer, whose district includes San Marco, said in October that the trees had to come down because they were no longer viable.
