A FCN Cribs dream estate in the sky | News
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- First Coast News Sports Anchor Chris Porter had to jump on an elevator and ride up to the 21st floor to find this FCN Crib.
It's a penthouse in San Marco Place, home of the building's developer Mike Balanky.
There are six penthouses inside San Marco Place and each has its own unique design.
Balanky's penthouse is 4,250 square feet on the inside and it has 1,700 square feet of balcony.
The two-leveled balcony wraps around the penthouse, giving you a bird's eye view of the city of Jacksonville that makes you feel like you're on an island.
If you are interested in owning a penthouse similar to Balanky's, it will cost around $2 million.
